1. Acceptance of these terms

By using Find My Tapri, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Find My Tapri is

Find My Tapri is a free, community-driven map that helps people discover street vendors such as chai tapris, sutta stalls, golgappa carts and street food. Information is contributed by the community and may be incomplete or change without notice.

3. Community contributions

When you submit a stall or update, you confirm the information is as accurate as you reasonably know it to be, and that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to display and use that content to operate and improve the map.

4. Accounts and karma

An account is optional and is created by signing in with Google. Karma is a goodwill score we award to signed-in contributors for adding tapris and confirming their status. You can set a password from your profile to also sign in with your email address.

Keep one account per person and do not share your sign-in with others.
Do not try to game karma — for example by submitting fake check-ins, duplicate pins or automated requests.
Karma has no cash value today. We may adjust the rules, correct balances, or remove karma obtained by abuse.
Karma may later be redeemable for rewards. The programme, its rules and its availability are still to be decided and may change or be withdrawn.

We may suspend accounts or remove karma that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit false, misleading or duplicate listings.
Do not post unlawful, harmful or abusive content.
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or misuse the service.
Do not submit personal information about others without permission.

We may remove content or restrict access that violates these terms.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". Stall locations, opening hours and live status are community-reported and may be inaccurate. Always use your own judgment on the ground, especially regarding hygiene, safety and legality.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Find My Tapri is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on community-submitted information.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
