How It Works

A live map of your street food

Directories list places. Find My Tapri shows what is actually happening on the street right now. Here is how to get the most out of the map — and how to help it get better.

Find a stall in three steps

  1. 1

    Share your location

Allow location access so the map centres on your neighbourhood and ranks stalls by distance.

  2. 2

    Browse the live map

Use the category chips to filter chai, sutta, golgappa, late-night maggi and more. Only stalls open at your current time are highlighted.

  3. 3

    Head to the exact corner

Open a stall for its live status, description and one-tap directions.

Add the tapris only locals know

The map is only as good as the community behind it. Tap Add Tapri, drop a pin on the stall, choose a category and submit. Your contribution helps everyone around you discover the best chai in town.

Frequently asked questions

Is Find My Tapri free to use?
Yes. Finding stalls, viewing live status and adding new tapris is completely free. There is no subscription and no paywall.
How does the map know which stalls are open right now?
Every stall has opening hours and recent community check-ins. The map combines both so you see which tapris are open at your current time, not just where they are.
What kinds of stalls can I find?
Chai and tea tapris, cigarette and sutta stalls, golgappa and chaat carts, late-night maggi and omelette carts, paan shops, juice and lassi stalls, and momos or other street bites.
Can I add a stall that is not on the map yet?
Of course. Tap Add Tapri, drop a pin on the exact spot, choose a category and submit. It takes seconds and helps your whole neighbourhood.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required to browse or add stalls. We keep the experience frictionless so anyone can contribute.
